PRAYER REPORT - BERLIN/JERUSALEM

October/November 2014

Please remember we are not fighting flesh and blood. We are fighting principalities, powers and wickedness in high places.   Our Father is not willing that any should perish however they might be used by the enemy.  Yeshua died for all.

On October 14th a small group of English and Australian intercessors gathered at Tegel Airport preparatory to some days praying in Berlin. We were joined some of the time by Anneli Haas, and she kindly invited Marilyn to speak about this Prussian Military Spirit on the Monday and Wednesday evenings. The Lord graciously allowed for this revelation and teaching to be released in Berlin, and thank God there was a successful time of ministry into those who have been wounded by it, women and men, either as perpetrators, victims or both. 

I chose the following venues in Berlin:

1. The Cathedral built by Wilhelm II on Museum Island including the Hohenzollern Mausoleum

2. The Pergamon Museum.

3. The Church of Peace in Potsdam with the adjoining mausoleum of Kaiser Friedrich and Kaiserin Friedrich, Victoria, Wilhelm II’s parents, and two young brothers.

4. The Palace of Sanssouci

5. The Dome on the top of the Reichstag. It was not possible to visit inside. 

In Jerusalem:

1. Christ Church Jaffa Gate whose present rector is Rev’d David Pileggi

2. Jaffa Gate itself where Wilhelm II made his entry to The Old City

3. Other venues such as the Augusta Victoria could not be visited because of safety issues with terrorist activities. 

Apart from CCJG itself, all of these venues represent the unholy manifestation of the Prussian Military Spirit from Friedrich der Große into the second half of the C18 and into C19. Of course, it then continued on into the Nazi period after the fall of the Hohenzollern Monarchy.  As our Father has asked for the re-digging of this unholy well, He has drawn attention to its beginnings in Prussia…Brandenburg Berlin.  And this prayer itself is just a beginning and will need more, including the Nazi period and to the present day where it is still manifesting in Neo-Naziism, Antisemitism and sadly in the Church with replacement theology. 

Wilhelm II’s ‘Cathedral’ represents his desire to compete with Britain. He demolished the church on this position and built one in competition with St Paul's in London. It holds the remains of Friedrich der Große and his wife on the main ground floor.  The Mausoleum of the Hohenzollern family is in the Crypt up to 1918 when Wilhelm abdicated. 

The Pergamon Museum houses the fruit of the archaeological diggings undertaken by Wilhelm in late C18/early C19 centuries in the Middle East.  They are important from the political perspective to add prestige to Germany in the eyes of European nations.  Much more importantly, they give spiritual strength and authority to this Prussian Military Spirit by drawing on the national ungodly Satanic power of Assyria, Babylon and Pergamon in particular, to oppose the one true God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob.

Pergamon Museum - Berlin

The Church of Peace in Potsdam has adjacent to it the Mausoleum of Wilhelm II’s parents, Kaiser and Kaiserin Friedrich., Victoria, daughter of Queen Victoria of Great Britain, and two younger sons who died in childhood.  They are the only Hohenzollerns not interred in the Berlin Crypt, and the ones who solidly stood against Otto von Bismarck’s unification of Germany using ‘blood and iron’.  They wanted to achieve a Judaeo/Christian constitutional Monarchy on the lines of Great Britain’s for Germany and for Europe. 

Schloss Sanssouci - Potsdam

The Palace of San-Souci (Schloss Sanssouci) was built by Friedrich der Große in Potsdam.  It represents so much of his thinking and beliefs which were anti-Christian, Freemasonic etc. He wanted to copy/ compete with the French Court of Louis XIV which although Roman Catholic, was the most powerful and sophisticated European nation in its day. 

The Dome over the Reichstag building. After the unification of Germany, this housed the Parliament, though there was no representation in it for the majority of the populace.

The new glass dome - addition to Reichstag was completed in 1999.

The architecture of the Dome, placed there after the Government centre moved back from Bonn, has a cone shaped ‘well’ which leads down into the main Parliament chamber.  I felt the Lord said this was a place of authority where the well of Prussian Lutherans and English Evangelicals taking the Gospel back to Eretz Israel could be re-dug and cleansed. Abba in His wisdom chose these two Christian `groups to begin this work of bringing His Jewish people back and establishing the concept of Messianic Jewishness i.e. Jews accepting Yeshua as their Messiah without being forced by Christians to renounce their Jewish life and heritage.

I believe this is a place the Prussian Military Spirit, representing the western leg of Daniel’s statue interpretation, meets with the Spirit of Islam representing the eastern leg. This integration must be stopped. One manifestation is the current trend of Western youth traveling to join IS in the Middle East to fight and then returning home to fight there.

There is more to add to this report however I praise God for how He led and protected us in this intercession, both in Berlin and in Israel, especially in CCJG. Our prayer time with Rev’d Pileggi was very successful praise God. Father has given me a confirming peace that He did accomplish what He wanted during our time.  And there will be more to do in the coming months. I look forward to seeing results in the natural from what He has done in the spiritual.
